I joined fat Secret USA about 5 years ago but for whatever reason i can't get onto the site now so here I am. Today I was allotment judging for 4 hours- that means that, except for a car journey of around 10 minutes I was walking for 4 hours, hence the pizza and chips. I grow all my own veg they are blanched and put in the freezer. I make enough for 6 when i cook meals,take mine out freeze the rest so it's just defrosting and heating up when i want something to eat. At the moment though I am defrosting both freezers in time for this year's veg, so none of my own ready meals. I like the Hairy Bikers diet, it has lots of variety on there.
