I was expecting the slight increase. TOM is here and I usually retain some extra water then. I'll be sure to drink some extra water today and maybe do some more steps also. Intermittent fasting today, nothing since 9 PM last night and no food until 2 PM today.
96.2 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 41.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
