Eating out too often. Greek last night and Chinese at lunch today with Mom & Dad. At least I ate just half my entree, but even that is a little much.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
