Still 8 lbs less, but I did not lose over the weekend, first time in months that I don't gain. I am staying positive and enthusiastic about this week. What went wrong over the weekend was simply lack of planning. I could only sneak out to the gym for one hour. I took the kids to a all day swim meet, I tried to stick to healthy things, but the portions were too big. I don't throw away food period. Next time I'll pack my own food in the right portions. I also underestimated the calories in avocados. I had a large avocado (+350 calories).To stay in the safe side this week I will first calculate the calories. I should known better; some natural foods can be deceiving and be loaded with calories (lesson learned.) My goal this week is to make it to the gym 5 days.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 28.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
