I have been scared to get on a scale after all the summertime self-indulgence recently, plus I fell off my walking routine wagon. But I just picked up my courage and weighed myself... and I have kept it off. AMAZING. I am even 0.3 pounds down from last time.
This thing is really happening this time. Last year I finally took control and quit smoking... and this year I am finally taking control and losing weight.
Onward! Next goal: 174.0 even!
