I know I'm gonna jinx this, but I'm in the 160's finally! I was last week, but had terrible gains! so hopefully it'll stick this time ! I even ate so much yesterday! even deli ham! fingers crossed this downward spiral sticks!!!! thank you everyone for your support !!!

Bravo!! Do not forget that it is natural for weight to flucuate. It is a girl thing even if you are post menopausal. Just keep on keepin' on doing the right thing for you.
