Still struggling to get past this set point.

chin up, expect the positive. it'll happen and as they're saying here, our bodies at certain times won't require a loss and to maintain is as good in my opinion

It's so tough to get through a plateau. I used to just not eat for a day but you can't do that with some health conditions. Once I just had liquids, nothing solid for a couple days. I included a can of tomato soup!! Then I saw how much added sugar was in it and switched broth.

Thank you everyone for your support, I am going to keep eating healthy and exercising I am sure I will get though this soon.

Well you’ve lost about 4 lbs in a month I’d say that’s success!!👍

I was on one for 2 months and lost nothing! PMO! but did notice my body changing, so I got a measuring tape out, I was losing inches, and clothes looose . Hang in there

DO N OK I have been able to wear a size down on jeans so maybe that is what is going on with me. Thank you for your comment.
