Stressful week with late work hours and no gym time. Will be back on track next week so hope to see a jump then. At least it wasn't a gain.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
