Up again. I’ve accepted that’s just part of the deal, I’ll lose 4lbs gain back 2.6, fluctuate, drop two weigh ins in row go up two, etc. at end of day I’m doing better than I was at beginning. Still think goal weight is reasonable but my diet has definitely been better. Shouldn’t have at the dessert late last night, all the stuff for Mother’s Day, etc. but had great day and looking forward to another great week.
74.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
