I think I tracked everything yesterday, so far I've tracked everything I've eaten today. Moving my body a good amount too. Just pruned the bushes along the front wall, hadn't been done in a while so it took me a full hour!
95.8 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 26.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
