I don't know what I did differently but the scale decided to move again!
81.7 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week

Sometimes all you need is consistency. Our bodies may hold on to fat or water and then it go, lol! Yea you!
