I’m somewhat confused, if I’m to be honest. I gained 5 pounds on vacation. I dropped 3 within a few days. I’ve started logging again, eating at a slight caloric deficit, drinking lots of water, and stopped my evening routine of a few glasses of wine. And I’ve gained weight. Oh well. I’ll just keep at it. Happy Wednesday my friends. 💜
73.5 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
