Not a bad gain considering the copious amounts of biscuits and gravy i ate on vacation, among other delicious foods in Asheville. Back to reality. Have a great weekend folks.

Biscuits and gravy...YUM! Reality is HIGHLY over rated. It sound's like you had a good vacation food and all.

Mmmm....Biscuits and gravy...I think I can feel my body absorbing those calories just thinking about it. But what yum!
