I actually tracked everything I ate yesterday! And I got over 14,000 steps! Didn't get great sleep last night, going to go to bed earlier tonight
95.4 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 26.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
