Yesterday was lower body day —— 32 agonizing minutes 😂
Today was upper body which I enjoyed more 32 minutes. I haven’t done much for my arms and shoulders for 2 weeks now so it was good.
78.2 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good for you. Not sure what kind of a day I will have but it will be some part of the body. I agree it feels good once you do it
