Didn't expect 2lbs this week. Am well pleased with my progress, especially as all my size 12 clothes that have been languishing at the back of wardrobe, now fit 😊 and even some size 10s.
59.0 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
