didnt wanna come back here until I lost again and not gained I'll be honest I should have encouragement but I don't my husband said to find any exercise machine that's up to $200 bucks for me to choose if you have any recommendations please LET ME know. he wants me to lose the weight and gain the money lmao so I'm not mad at all just little bit discouraged. it would be nice if some friends were okay here adding me on WhatsApp or something so I have an accountability with a partner 😩🙏🏼 please help in anyway possible... I'm sorry if I let you guys down as well moving up in my weight 😭

oooh Caroleena...you did not let us down - we are all fighting daily battles that the world around us never knows about!! If you have kids you know/remember how hard labour was...well losing weight is even harder than that! LoL My best advice to you is - talk to your doctor - he can help you in ways that we or this website can't because he knows your medical background/issues. If you are in Canada, get your doctor to set you up with a dietician; it's free!! Another piece of advice is to use your scales as a tool...it is piece of equipment that shows us #'s. It doesn't show us that our clothes are fitting a little looser, it doesn't show us that maybe we are sleeping better or have more energy. There are "a million things" that your scales can't show you to prove that your health is improving even if the # never moves!! Simply moving our body causes it to burn calories...put on your favourite tunes and dance while vacuuming/doing laundry etc., do leg lifts while watching t.v., march in place while sitting in your chair at the computer. oooh - have fun with your new exercise machine - play your tunes while using it. Music makes you move and you forget about the timer!! Girl ~ * You Got This! * ~

Hi love thank you so much for the support and encouragement - I am hard on myself because I let myself go --- I'm a natural health coach (believe it or not) I graduated 2 years ago I know about the body a lot but, it's just has been such a 'discourgement ' for me to actually want to press forward. (Sounds kind of stupid) But I just have lack of motivation to actually put myself first I have always been so helpful to other beings and then I got kind of comfortable in (my body) and my husband is the one that wants me to take care of my health and of course i want good health and strive for it but it also feels like a chore because not only it is my job being a health coach and / marketer it becomes your whole identity and personality and then it becomes overwhelming and feels like kind of pressure in all stages of life. I do however love my job and helping others with any questions/ concerns or ways to manage their foods in healthy ways except I feel like by nature we all are rebellions when it comes to seeing things and having the knowledge of fixing or restarting things or feeling renewed. It could always being addictive to feeling in control overall... I hope you kind of understand what I'm saying. 😄❤️

girl - you're preaching to the choir here....I'm a cook in a Supportive Housing home. After cooking and cleaning up after meals for 13 hour days, I do not want to do it at home! LoL People like us, we are our own worst enemy...we 'know' what we're suppose to be doing but UGH, it's too much like work and then 'life' takes over....the hubby, the kids, housework, groceries, laundry, on & on it goes. Life really isn't suppose to be this hard but WoW for some stupid reason it is and then we get overwhelmed by it all because we feel like we're losing control. We have change our 'mind set', to stop ourselves from thinking so negatively - for being so hard on ourself! It's a hard thing to do but I'm learning to do this: for every negative thought that I have - I must find 5 positive things that happened today. We can't control the thoughts that pop into our head, but we can choose how we handle them. We always see the best in other people...it's time to start seeing the best in ourselves!! ♡ ~ * WE Got This! * ~ ♡

Aww Nadja , you're so sweet, kind hearted and encouraging I truly appreciate your words of wisdom! That is right life does have a lot of things we have to do and we should be happy within ourselves and all the things we do get done or just overall progress in general (I guess we do pick at ourselves since we can be our worse critic) and with everything we have to tackle on a daily + weekly + even monthly basis could be overwhelming and have to give grace to one another. I agree! I like to take the "lazy" sometimes because cooking and juggling life becomes a hassle -- but hey! I'm grateful of having people like you in my corner🫶🏼🥺❤️ you really made me feel a lot better hon! Thank you so much, I hope you know you're not alone in this journey either (accountability) is one thet things I'm working through within in myself I used to be so good in following through but, I know I have to just be proud of any small steps! My new machine has been so helpful to me 😄 I will be posting my weigh in on Friday!
