Good morning Monday 🤗 Busy week ahead. I have put time aside for my workouts. This week is planned better. My goal is to lose 1lb.
70.6 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
