I'm not sure if I should increase my calories now that I am working out 5 days a week. I try to stay under 1300 otherwise my weight stays the same or goes up. Do I need more? when I am not exercising my Daily life is doing nothing. cleaning, cooking meals, shopping, that's about it. the rest of the time I sit and watch tv or play on my phone. I don't want to gain, but I do want to gain muscle.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
