So I did not weight myself for a Week, that was hard but I did keep a strict diet.. Eating 1500 calories a day and burning about 300-450 each day too. I want to reach my goal soon, vacation is around the corner!!!
57.7 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
