Should have fasted yesterday but was craving meat. Not sure what’s happening with the meat thing since I don’t normally like or eat it. But ever since my vacation I ate some ice been craving it more and more.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
