Friday my husband and I got to have a 5 course meal and room at one of the nicest hotels around, husband had a work event. We only had to listen to a 30 minute sales spiel. I ate too much but the food was so good! We got delicious pastries from a bakery the next morning for breakfast. And I had a bridal shower that afternoon. So lots of indulging but I skipped lunch yesterday because I was still feeling so full. Weight is still coming down. Really going to not overeat today.
