So 2 days ago I weighed 160 from all the white bread sandwiches, apple fritters and carb foods in general. Seems that since my surgery jan 11 I’ve been craving carbs and eating everything I never do. Got a grip on Wednesday after a doc visit Tuesday (eek scale!)and list 6.8 pounds in two days.
