I am going to concentrate on eating healthier and exercising today. I drank my water and having cinnamon oatmeal with sliced apple for breakfast. The sun is out. I am ready to attack the day:)
I walked an extra lap in the parking lot and I was bookin' today. I feel good about that. Today, I am watching my carb intake and avoiding fatty foods. I feel better already.
