I haven't eaten much of anything lately. The issues at the house are very uncomfortable. Mostly with my ex's brother in-law. I just try to stay away from him and stay in the basement when we are both home.

139.7 kg Lost so far: 29.0 kg. Still to go: 26.3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
