Scale today said 275. I'm not worried. I am starting back up exercising every other day. I can't let myself get lulled into thinking that I cannot work at this. The time is now. Time to not just eat better, but work out too to get things going again. Hope you all had a great weekend. The workout today felt great. Let's get this Monday started.
