Happy Saturday! Managed to avoid those pesky yogurt covered pretzels, peanut butter, kettle corn, and all of my other “off plan snack” in April so far. Hopefully I can keep this trend going! Still need to improve my sleep habits, and I am working on that too. Eat something good, and don’t forget to stay hydrated, friends! 💦
75.5 kg Lost so far: 33.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I find that when I workout I don't want to have snacks and screw up my routine. Do what works for you 😁👍

My nutrition is definitely more consistent when my training also is…but that means when I’m off, I’m really off 🤪 And you did see that cake I’m doing battle with this weekend, right? 😜
