LaineAndTheDog98, yes I did, and then another 2/10 lb today. I was at a pot luck lunch the day before Easter, and had WAY to many calories. It took it 5 days to work it off. And I was back to 199 on Sat AM. However, we went out to Chik-Fil-A on Sat for lunch, and then having salad tonight. So, I may gain a little back on Sunday AM, or hopefully stay even. My body does that. One large meal, and i will gain a couple of pounds (or more), and then have to really watch it for a few days. When my father was still alive, he used to say,..."When I come to visit you and your wife for a week, I always gain 5 - 7 pounds and it takes me a month to get it off". Guess I come by it naturally. :)
