Windy Day's Journal, 04 Apr 24

Win some, lose some. Gained back the pound I *lost* yesterday. That's why I have been in the habit of not recording these yo-yo readings. Until I maintain the lower weight for a few days at least its best to wait and see if it lasts. I think I've reached a set-point. Going to have to dig deeper to break thru. Forward, march...

Have an awesome Thursday everyone. Keep going......... :)

Still a fairly good weight in my opinion. My doctor would be very happy with it.

I've been on a rollercoaster for several months now, sometimes because of my own actions, other times for no obvious reasons. While I don't always post the ups and downs, I do think it is useful to let newer members see that this is something that can happen even when you're doing everything right, and that it will correct itself if you just continue to do the right thing.

It’s normal, you’ll be okay; just a heads up have the surgery scheduled for my ears

You know shirfleur, I never even thought of that, and you're right. I imagine it would be very helpful. So there's that to consider as well
