I haven't seen 209 in a while! I managed to get over 130 g of protein yesterday, which is really hard for me. But it's very motivating to eat more protein when I have drops like this! I've packed individual bags of nuts for snacks for my road trip tomorrow. I'm going to try to be mindful and eat more protein heavy food, but I'm also going to enjoy my vacation and let myself splurge a little bit when I want to. I'm hoping to maintain my weight or not gain more than a pound or two. We'll see what happens when I weigh in next week!
