Spent the long weekend up north. Had a great time. I learned that I am not far enough on my weight loss journey to make good dietary decisions after enjoying wine, and smoking. Well, back at it.
108.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 31.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
