Bad weigh in today, I knew it was coming, have eaten out every night this week and last night was Mexican and I had a ton of chips and salsa and I know my salt level is high because my ankles are swollen. I have been keeping the same the last several weeks as I have been watching it but not cutting back my calories the way I should. I have been keeping track of my food in a notebook since my internet access is limited right now I will get back on program tomorrow as the scale was a rude awaking of what happens when you go crazy
