April 1st....I continued to fluctuate between 136-138 for the month of March. My average calorie intake was 1884 calories. I did well going to the gym, only missing 1 day all month. I went 3 days a week, the first 3 weeks & 2 the last week.

Maybe this month, I'll be more active on non Gym days as the weather warms up. Of course, someone should tell Mother Nature it's Spring & overnight temps in the 30's should be over by now! We have some more cold nights in the forecast 😕 I have been cleaning up the gardens. I raked the side yard lawn & the garden beds on Friday.

I got a haircut on Wednesday. Went with a new style that I'm trying to get used to. Hopefully, I'll get the hang of it & styling it won't take as long as it did on Saturday. My go-to is usually pulled back & a ball cap to go to the Gym.

We've been trying to figure out if we can do anything about our Yorkie's issues with gulping down water & subsequently spitting some of it back up. We had a consult with our Vet Wed. afternoon. He's getting older (14 years old) & I was scared of what I might hear when we took him in. I was reassured that his cronic pancreatitis is under control. Still figuring out tge other issues.

Book Club was fun Wed. night. We invited the author to join us & it was interesting hearing his process of writing the book. Our hostess served Gyros, that were quite yummy & there were salads to go with them. Cake & turnovers for dessert.

Saturday, I met up with my sisters & we went to the converted Mill in Canton. My 2 younger sisters hadn't been yet. My other sister & I had gone in January. As expected, the vendors/ shops were offering Easter/ Spring stuff. We all found a few treasures. It was a beautiful, warm, sunny day & we were able to eat lunch outside.

My youngest sisters brought me a bird bath & some planters they weren't using anymore in their yard. Yesterday, Hubby helped me get the bird bath out of the back of my car....it was VERY heavy! I puttered around, arranging my new pots & some others. Now I just need the weather to cooperate & stay warm so I can plant annuals.

Just got a call from our tree guy that is taking down some large trees for us. He may be coming in today to get started. It's messing with our Gym schedule for Hubby. I was planning to go today, so might be on my own.

Better make some breakfast & get on with my day.

I have a 14 year old dog too. She is a Border Terrier and pretty healthy for her age. 🐶💚💚
