Had 4 tacos last night but also burned 600 calories, I guess that happens when you deviate from your goal.
59.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

just lower the calories you are burning and lower that you eating again i had that to last few months now am back to track and if you want to lose faster go carb cycling
