Yeah!! I had a feeling my weight dropped a little. It’s amazing that I can tell the drop in my weight when I’m training on the fingerboard. I can almost support most of my weight in a crimp.
67.0 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
