I'm right where I was 3 weeks ago, which is frustrating, but it's understandable because of my back issues. So it may take me an extra 3 weeks to get to my goal weight. That's not huge in the grand scheme of things. My back is almost back to normal, I think next week I may be able to get back to weight lifting, or maybe I'll just start with bodyweight exercises. Losing weight isn't the main goal, a healthy body is the ultimate goal, so I don't want to push myself too hard.
