Ok happy it didn’t go up after my dinner last night. I drank a bit and ate late too. I haven’t worked out now in 3 days. Happy I’m getting back to normal now that DCAT is over.
67.2 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
