How I stumbled onto this site was by shear fluke. I googled how to figure out the formula for losing lbs based on weight and age and this site came up. I’m encouraged to know that we are all in this together and can be each other’s support system. It also adds an element of accountability which may lead to more positive results. I pray anyway!! 😉🙏🏻

well Patchizz, I think most of us stumbled here by accident....like falling down into the rabbit hole. LoL Welcome!
I love this site..how once we input our food for each meal, we can see how much sodium, cholesterol, protein etc that we consume. We can then adjust our eating habits to cut down on or eat more of certain foods....and it tracks our daily activity to give us calories burned.

I accidentally stumbled here too and found that the support is awesome 😎 I don't feel alone, people posting daily, comments, life goes on and the struggles are Real, but the Joys are a Blessing.
