I'm taking a break for a while. My head's not in the right space for dieting plus I am in so much pain whenever I try to do anything 'physical'. Time for a reset!
91.6 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Sorry you have pain. I suffer from chronic pain and have for multiple years. Sadly to get a hip replacement (one issue out of many) I have to have a 30 BMI so still trying. BUT I understand your position. Take care of you mind and body will get in que again.
