Back in the 150's :) had a little bit of a struggle there! Weight loss going much slower, but is still a loss, none the less. It's all about patience right!
72.5 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
