This was measured on March 8. Since then was binge eating on both Friday and Saturday around 5k calories each probably because of yummy treats leftover from my wife’s birthday party. And my wife made Biriyani and had them for 2 consecutive days. And most of all my feeding window is very restrictive at least for me. So I have decided to break my fast only by 5pm or after and not strict feeding window I.e, even if I eat 5am which is not gonna happen it’s still 12 hours fasting. Just trying to build discipline. I hope the binge eating won’t happen again. It’s always like this right constantly improve something. I might’ve gained anywhere between 2-5 lbs from this but I can keep getting up 🔥. But I don’t complain weekend was fun especially spending full time with my family being with them cooking cleaning playing with my children etc.. 😊🙌. Hopefully I will get back from today.
77.5 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
