Have been off and on over the xmas period. Am strongly committed to right my bad eating behaviour once and for all. Bring on 2007!!

66.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg. Still to go: 7.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.1 kg a Week
