After having a little soup and salad for dinner last night I had three saltine and peanut butter sandwiches. Did you know there's a lot of calories in peanut butter? Have to be really careful with nuts of any kind, they're full of calories and good for you, but not for losing weight.

Perhaps try to use peanut powders with yogurt. Lots of people in FS used it as well as I. It's not the same as the real thing, but it did the trick.

E1320, Unfortunately I was at work, on second shift and the choice was saltines or Graham crackers. I'll have the Graham crackers with non-fat milk sometimes.

Penlf I do like Greek non-fat yogurt with fruit. I've never tried the peanut powder.
