Yeah… made it through a weekend without gaining. I’m suppose to fast today but I think I’ll move it to tomorrow since I didn’t gain and will be climbing tonight.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
