Don’t over do it; take it slowly and you will be back in no time. I regret not taking it easy while i was sick the last two weeks; felt pretty good this morning before the allergy shots, but afterwards felt horrible again.

Windy Day I will be and today was a very late start for me. I inadvertently did a 16 hrs fast, ate at 7pm last night and didn’t have any food till lunch other than water with meds, and black coffee this morning. My body didn’t like me for doing that; but it forgave me. I read somewhere that a male can have up to 2400 calories a day and still manage to loose weight; I’m no where close to that right now but am hitting about 60-70 percent of my RDI INTAKE.
