I have been traveling for work these last 4 days and the mass on my behind shows this. I had 6 plane rides in those 4 days, a lot of sitting.
94.4 kg Lost so far: 19.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
