Has to be water weight or weight from sodium intake if it is not intentional.

This is most likely some water weight as a result of a late night binge. I should have just gone to bed. But knowing what to do, and actually doing it are two separate things. 🤪
I’ll be better, smarter and stronger this week! 💪

I attribute most of my success to being too tired and falling asleep when I put my son to bed early in the evening lol. Late night snacking and binging were so common for me!!

One of the things I love about you StomachMonkeys is your honesty and ability to put things into perspective and jump back. It’s about the 90% not the 10

Well that explains @Stomachmonkeys😊 when I have morning shifts staying on track is like piece of cake but my afternoon shifts ends only 2 am I will be done with eating long time before that at least 7 hours before my shift ends then I find it very hard it’s too hard to stick with fasting with my rotational routines. But I will keep moving forward 🫡🔥💪.
