Hi PrairieSue! How do those Quinoa Flakes taste? Are they bland like oatmeal? Do you need to cook them or do you eat them like Bran Flakes? Sorry for the question but I've never had quinoa before so this is a new protein item for me to try!

Hi, They are bland like oatmeal, you can add fruit, cinnamon, yogurt or milk. To prepare you add boiling water, similar to instant oatmeal. It’s quick, so I appreciate that. I don’t mind the blandness, but some wouldn’t like that. Texture is different to regular quinoa. 😊

thanks for answering PrairieSue!! They're something worth looking into, as they're lower in sodium and a bit higher in protein than other gluten free cereals.
