And there are some days where you simply can't hold yourself - you cave in and eat more than you planned. Usually the cravings start in the afternoon and get really bad in the night. But what happens when you're a student and you're supposed to study till late for the exams?
I can't limit the sugar.. I try to avoid it, but DAMN I end up always realising I've consumed way more than allowed.
Gonna start running today and do some crunches, along with some streching exercises.
Let's see what happens! :)
