I followed my eating plan 100% and did no exercise other than the occasional walk in the park. The lack of extra exercise was intentional to see what effect it had on my weight loss. This week rather than riding the elliptical (as I did my first week) I will do a light weight, high rep dumbbell workout. Curious what the results will be :) I am my own test subject! ;)
